Sale cannot exceed 3 days.

Cannot have more than 1 sale a month.

Cannot have more than 3 sales per year.

First sale is free, but still requires a permit.

Additional sales will cost $25.00 per sale.

All sale items must be removed immediately after sale.

All advertising signs must be removed immediately after sale.

Signs are prohibited on utility poles, street signs, trees, stop sign and fences.

I declare that the info I’ve provided is accurate & complete. I also understand that any violation of these rules are in violation of Pocahontas City Ordinance 2013-8. Failure to comply will result in a fine.
